Service for legal and general affairs

Service for legal and general affairs:

• monitors the adoption and implementation of legal and other regulations related to the Company's work and operations,
• works on harmonizing the Company's operations with legal regulations,
• represents the Company in all disputes before courts of general jurisdiction, commercial courts, administrative bodies and other bodies before which proceedings are
• conducted at the request of the Company or against the Company at the request of other legal and natural persons;
• prepares proposals for general and other acts from the Company's activities,
• makes proposals for all individual acts passed by the bodies of the Society;
• prepares the meetings of the Company's bodies and processes the materials from the meetings of these bodies;
• organizes and manages the general affairs of the Company and all necessary records in connection therewith;
• performs tasks related to keeping all personnel records in accordance with the law;
